Cranial Therapy and TMJ relief

Struggling with TMJ dysfunction*, migraines, tinnitus, or chronic sinus issues? Specialised craniomandibular work offers a targeted approach to complex head, neck and jaw pain. By focusing on precision and nuanced adjustments – including intra-oral work (work within the mouth), we release deep-seated tension from the inside out.

This work is intentional, slow, and subtle. These gentle yet profound techniques influence the delicate structures of your jaw and cranium; an area often overlooked in traditional massage.

The Conditions

Why this work resonated

After a 15-year hiatus, the sudden return of migraines in 2025 – coupled with a painful, clicking jaw – led me into this field. It wasn’t until I experienced specialised cranial and intra-oral work that I realised how much tension the jaw can hold and how profoundly its release affects the whole body.

This discovery drove me to complete advanced TMJ training in 2026. Having experienced the relief firsthand, I am passionate about bringing this intricate, highly effective modality into my practice to help others find the same freedom from chronic discomfort.
