Who is your Data Shared with?
I protect your data with strict professional confidentiality. I do not sell, distribute, or lease your personal information. I may only share limited data with the following parties under strict security protocols:

HMRC & My Accountant: For processing mandatory tax records and accounts. No sensitive medical, clinical, or personal coaching notes are ever shared.

Balens Insurance Ltd: My professional insurance provider, strictly in the event of a insurance policy query or claim.

My Partner (Emergency Safety Process): As part of my strict personal safety protocol, basic client contact details and appointment locations are accessible to my partner in case of an emergency or a breach of my personal safety. He has zero access to your private sensitive data (such as medical history, session preferences, or coaching notes).

Legal Exceptions: Confidentiality will only be breached if I am required to do so by law, or if I have a reasonable belief that there is an imminent risk of serious harm to you or to others.
