Creating a safe treatment plan

Creating a tailored treatment plan

• Lifestyle questions such as what exercise you do, stress levels, how well you sleep
• Investigative questions about the musculoskeletal problems you are experiencing and the focus or desired outcomes of the treatment
• Following a session, your treatment preferences such as pressure level or anything I find relevant to tailoring the next session to meet your needs better including any reactions you had to having a massage
• Following a session, notes on what I found present

• Directly from you as part of the consultation process, entering your details on a client intake form and transferred to a client database, or through the contact forms embedded on the website.
• Through my website when signing up to the promotional mailing list or when leaving feedback or a review.

I may share your data with:

• My accountant and HMRC in submitting my accounts and tax records. No sensitive data is shared.
• Balens Insurance Ltd; my insurance company in the incidence of a claim.
• My husband. As part of my security process access to your contact details are available in case of a breach of my personal safety. No access has been given to your sensitive data (medical information or preferences).

All your data is safeguarded by Eudaimonia and will remain confidential. Unless required to do so by law, Eudaimonia will not share, sell or distribute any of the information you provide to us without your consent.

Client treatment details will not be discussed with anyone other than the client, unless the client is under the age of 18 or has a care worker or guardian.

This privacy policy applies only to personal data collected and processed by Eudaimonia. I am not responsible for the privacy set by any third party websites or services. Sum Up are my card payment gateway provider.

Eudaimonia will retain your personal data for 7 years from your last treatment. This period satisfies the legal and policy requirements which need to be met for HMRC and Balens insurance company.

My website uses cookies for security, to create activities and for business intelligence. I use Google Analytics which tracks how you use my website. I find this necessary in developing and improving the website to client needs.

You can control cookies within your browser.

All data is held on cloud storage, encrypted and requires a password or fingerprint to gain access.

This privacy policy will be updated as necessary and published on the website, to be in-line with the law and will be effective immediately.
